Ciera Designs creates Chalkboard Sign

Today I want to introduce you to Ciera Holzenthal of  CieraDesign.com.

I came across her blog/design studio by chance and just loved everything I saw and read!

She is not only a great blogger but a very talented graphic designer.

Her services include: logo identity, invitations, editorial, business cards, brochures, WordPress, posters and more!

She recently created this lovely graphic using my Dom Loves Mary font family and has graciously allowed me to share it.

She used a combination of the three Dom Loves Mary Script fonts for the wording.

(You get all three in the Pro package.)

The capital N is from the Stylistic version, while most of the lower case letters are from the Contextual version.

To encapsulate the saying, she chose two simple flourishes. The top one comes from my Flourishes One set, while the bottom is from the Flourishes Two set.

I’m guessing she was able to find the chalkboard background online like this free one.

You can refer to my previous post here and here on how to add flourishes to your design and create a great saying of your own!

Did you know the Dom Loves Mary Text looks really cool all on it’s own?  Here it’s used to tell a “Once upon a time” love story.

Dom Loves Mary  is now #9 on the Hot New Fonts list  (thanks!!) and is available at: Correspondence Ink Type foundry .

We put together specially priced packages to help you save money so check it out and see which one will work for you.

My first cursive font, Belluccia is available at myfonts.com and fontbros.com..
